About Collective Coordination

Registered NDIS provider

Collective Coordination

Collective Coordination was established in 2018 by Helen-Megi Metsamägi as an organic transition from her career as social worker and case manager in New South Wales Health moving into the National Disability Insurance Scheme space. From its inception Collective Coordination has grown, both in size and reputation, and is now recognised as a leader in providing expert advice and coordination in relation to NDIS, Aged Care and Mental Health issues and all associated matters.

Collective Coordination aspires to be an innovation hub that brings together the “out of box” thinkers in case management and support coordination. Collective Coordination aims to unite experienced people with varied skills and knowledge to offer the best choice for our clients.

We specialise in the NDIS, Health and Aged Care interface with a focus in the fields of intellectual disability, mental illness and related conditions. Our team possesses extensive experience in both inpatient and community health settings, as well as in mental health and policy environments. Many of our members hold degrees in allied health fields. We collaborate closely with government and non-profit organizations, particularly in developmental, intellectual, and cognitive disabilities, and mental health sectors. Additionally, our team is trained in Mental Health First Aid.

We are also well versed in the operation of various state and federal tribunals such as NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), Mental Health Review Tribunal (MHRT) and Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) and support our clients in these applications. We work closely with our Participant and Carer Advisory Board and we have personal experience interacting with the service systems. Collaboration and inclusiveness are core to the way Collective Coordination provides services and all our service models are based on these principles.

We are committed to finding you the right specialist medical or allied health practitioner, assisting with complex discharge plans, or advocating for the approval of appropriate levels of care in an efficient and cost effective manner. Our standards extend to our administration and support staff who are always on hand to assist providers and clients alike.
