About

Collective Coordination was established in 2018 by Helen-Megi Metsamägi as an organic transition from her career as social worker and case manager in New South Wales Health moving into the National Disability Insurance Scheme space.

From its inception Collective Coordination has grown, both in size and reputation, and is now recognised as a leader in providing expert advice and coordination in relation to NDIS, Aged Care and Mental Health issues and all associated matters.

Collective Coordination aspires to be an innovation hub that brings together the “out of box” thinkers in case management and support coordination. Collective Coordination aims to unite experienced people with varied skills and knowledge to offer the best choice for our clients.
